Product details
Pico TA326 30/300/3000A AC Flex Current Probe with BNC Connector
The TA326 is an AC current probe utilising the Rogowski coil principle, used to measure AC current up to 3000 A when used with oscilloscopes, recorders or data loggers. The flexible probe allows current measurements on hard-to-reach conductors.
Rogowski coil technology has a couple of advantages over CT (current transformer) technology: when measuring multiple phases, the phase difference is small and predictable for higher frequency harmonic analysis applications; also, Rogowski coils do not have magnetic materials to saturate and so have excellent linearity.
The probe has three user selectable ranges; 30 A, 300 A and 3000 A.The probes provide a 3 V full-scale AC output proportional to the current being measured with three selectable ranges.
Features and Benefits
1000 V RMS, Category III, 600 V RMS, Category IV
Pollution Degree 2 (probe and integrator)
30 V maximum between output and ground
RoHS and WEEE compliant
Rated for continuous use
