The STMicroelectronics 4.5 A dual full-bridge driver for brushed DC motors or bipolar stepper motors. The device offers a complete set of protection features including overcurrent, over temperature and low bus voltage detection. It has five driving methods with full-bridge and dual half-bridge parallel mode.
