Si5340 Si5341 - Clock Generators
The Silicon Labs Si5340 / Si5431 any frequency, any output clock generators combine a wide band PLL with a MultiSynth fractional synthesizer. Synthesize a wide range of integer and 33 non integer related frequencies. Each clock output can be assigned its own format and output voltage enabling it to replace multiple clock ICs and oscillators making it a true clock tree on a chip.
Si5340: 4 input, 4 output in a 44-Pin QFN package (7x7mm)
Si5341: 4 input, 10 output in a 64-Pin QFN package (9x9mm)
- Generates up to 10 independent output clocks
- Ultra-low jitter - less than 100 fs RMS typical
- Configurable outputs compatible with LVDS, LVPECL, CML, LVCMOS, HCSL or programmable voltage
- Input frequency range:
- External crystal: 25, 48-54 MHz
- Differential clock: 10 to 750 MHz
- LVCMOS clock: 10 to 250 MHz
-Output frequency range:
- Differential: 100 Hz to 712.5 MHz
- LVCMOS: 100 Hz to 250 MHz
