OS Series - Outside Serrated Cable Ties
These Outside Serrated cable ties offer the ideal combination of high specification materials and superior design to meet the needs for bundling and securing thin-wall and soft insulated cables. Developed to meet specific applications where thin walled or soft insulation wires or cables are used (example: aerospace and automotive cable harnesses, Mass Transit and medical apparatus).

• Presents a smooth surface to the cable therefore preventing insulation damage by vibration or indentation
• Designed specifically to overcome problems where the compression of cores could lead to cross-talk for example, in data communications
• Low insertion force and high tensile strength
• Easily applied by hand or with a processing tool
• Bundle and hold secure cable bundles as small as 1.6 mm Ø
• Small, rounded head design allowing use in areas having restricted space or access
