The RS PRO HDMI to VGA Adapter is a portable device that allows you to connect a HDMI output from your laptop, Raspberry PI, game console, Apple TV or desktop computer onto a VGA monitor or projector. This small, lightweight device is a perfect companion at work or in school as it allows for a connection with older generation projectors and monitors. Bear in mind that a VGA cable (not included) is required to connect from this adapter to a monitor or projector.

The input connector is a standard HDMI Male and the output a VGA female which supports the following resolutions:

• 1024 x768
• 1280 x768
• 1280 x1024
• 1366 x768
• 1440 x 900

No, this adapter works the other way around. It’s not a bi-directional adaptor and supports HDMI-VGA connection, not VGA-HDMI

No, this adapter does not transfer an audio signal. It supports the video transmission only.
