Inside Sales Engineer

Each territory is assigned a field sales engineer and an inside sales representative. We are able to provide our customers with effective technical and tactical support as a result of this combination. Applicants seeking a fast-paced, performance-oriented role within an inside sales environment are encouraged to apply.

  1. Obtain new business from existing and lapsed customers in order to meet sales targets and KPMs.
  2. Providing technical assistance to customers over the phone.
  3. Contact customers (calls, visits) and plan the account approach.
  4. Ensure the CRM database is accurate.
  5. Coordinate customer and support requests

Skills Required:

  1. Proactively assessing customer needs & potential.
  2. Ability to overcome objections preventing customers from doing business with RS.
  3. Having a practical and business focused approach with strong analytical, interpersonal and leadership skills.
  4. Excellent communication, written and presentation skills.
  5. Brilliant time management and decision making skills which help to multi-task and work in situations with time constraints.

Mandatory Skills:
