The Microchip HV911x series of devices are BiCMOS/DMOS single-output, pulse width modulator ICs intended for use in high-speed, high-efficiency switch mode power supplies. They provide all the functions neccessary to implement a single-switch current mode PWM in any topology with a minimum of external parts.
