Hannah Instruments Conductivity Portable Meter
Tough environments require a robust and durable device, the HI 9811-5 is just that. Not only is this instrument water resistant but it also compensates for temperature changes with a built-in temperature sensor, meaning it's accurate in even more environments.
The specially engineered meter and probe features a gel electrolyte and fibre junction, giving a fast response time. Easily switch between conductivity, TDS and pH without the need for a probe change, reducing the number of instruments used and time between measurements. Calibration is also made quick and easy with the dials located on the front panel of the meter.
Features and Benefits:
On-screen user guides
Battery % display
Fast response times
Auto temperature compensation
Touch button parameter switching
Water resistant
Replacement probe available HI 1285-5 (724-3683)
Where is a pH Meter used?
From laboratories and quality control to schools, pH meters have a wide range of application. They are often used in solutions to indicate alkalinity or acidity, some also measure electrical potential, these are called "potentiometric pH meters". Usually with a meter and a probe, some pH meters also measure temperature. Whatever type of measurement is needed RS offers a wide range of pH meters to meet your pH measurement needs.
