Hammond 1414 N4 PH Series Mild Steel Junction Box
The 1414 series junction boxes have a body formed from 14 or 16 gauge steel with the covers being formed from 14 gauge steel. They have been designed for use as instrument enclosures, electric, hydraulic or pneumatic control housings, electrical junction boxes or terminal wiring enclosures.
They are IP66 rated thus providing protection where nearby equipment may need to be hosed down or in applications where the environment is very wet such as outdoor applications.
The cover and the enclosure are phosphatized and finished in a re-coat-able smooth ANSI 61 grey powder coating. The removable inner panel has been finished in a white powder coating.

• Smooth, continuously welded seams without knockouts, cut-outs or holes
• Welded brackets provide for enclosure mounting
• Continuous hinged cover is secured with stainless steel clamps and screws
• Stainless steel continuous hinge on door may be removed by pulling the stainless steel hinge pin
• Seamless poured-in place gasket
• All models larger than 101 x 101 mm include a removable 14 gauge inner panel
• Internal threaded weld studs are provided for mounting inner panels
• A bonding stud is provided on the door and a grounding stud is provided in the enclosure
• RoHS compliant
