A1210/1/2/3/4 Continuous Time Hall Effect Latches, Allegro Microsystems

The Allegro Microsystems A1210/1/2/3/4 Hall-effect latches include a voltage regulator, Hall-voltage generator, small-signal amplifier, Schmitt trigger, and NMOS output transistor. The voltage regulator enables operation from 3.8 V to 24 V. On-board protection circuitry provides a ±30 V absolute maximum voltage rating for automotive and industrial motor commutation applications.

All devices in the family are identical except for magnetic switchpoint levels.

Available in a SOT23W, low profile surface-mount package or a three-lead ultramini SIP for through-hole mounting.
