How do I return a product?
a. RS India has a strict NO RETURNS POLICY on account of wrong part ordered. Material once sold will not be taken back under any circumstances. Request you to clearly mention RS Stock number in your order. Request you to verify technical specifications & RS Stock Number before ordering.
b. In-transit damage returns: Transit damage has to be reported at time of receiving material by courier. Claims will be not be entertained if damage is not reported at time of receiving the goods on the courier docket slip (pod).
c. Defective / Dead Part Received: Maximum time limit for reporting defective part is 7 days. No claim whatsoever will be entertained beyond 7 days from date of delivery.
